    1. Additional Jalapeno as desired

    2. Description: Salsa

    3. Serving Size: quite a bit

    4. Preparation Time: 10 - 15 min

    5. Amount/Measure/Ingredient

    6. 1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes

    7. 1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Extra Hot

    8. 1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Mexican Style with Cilantro

    9. Juice of 1 Lime

    10. 1 Tsp. Salt

    11. 1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped

    12. 1 Onion Diced

    13. 1/4 cup Beer

    14. Additional Jalapeno as desired.

    15. Put all ingredients in bowl. Stir well, Salt and Lime juice to taste. Keeps 3-5 days in fridge.
