  1. Green Bean-Yellow Tomato Salad

  2. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  3. 2 teaspoons fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried

  4. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 dash pepper

  7. 1 garlic clove, minced

  8. 1/2 pound green beans

  9. 2 medium yellow tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each 1/3 cup vertically sliced red onion

  10. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.

  11. Trim ends from beans, and remove strings. Steam beans, covered, 5

  12. minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse under cold water; drain.
