  6. 4 Tbs. Sugar

  7. 1 Tsp Salt Juice of one lemon

  8. 1/4 Cup Water

  1. Scrape the zucchini peal with a knife and cube Cut off the ends of the okra and cut in half Saute the onion Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, sugar and seasonings, cook for 2 minutes Then add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes, covered
