  1. 2 pounds top round -- sliced in strips

  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  3. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  7. 1 teaspoon hickory smoke flavor salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients except meat and pour over meat. Marinate for 1 hour or longer. Place meat in dehydrator or oven on the lowest possible setting. Jerky is ready when the meat is dried.
