  1. 3 sq baker's chocolate -- (bitter)

  2. 6 eggs

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon flour

  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon soda

  7. 1 cup whipped cream **CHOCOLATE SAUCE**

  8. 1/2 cup butter

  9. 1 cup cream

  10. 1/2 cup sugar

  11. 2 tablespoons cocoa

  12. 1 teaspoon vanilla boil slowly until mixture thickens.

  1. Preparation : Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat yolks. Add 2/3 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and soda. Add melted chocolate; fold in egg whites. Pour onto waxed paper in flat pan; bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, lay on wet towel; roll. When cold, spread with 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip; roll back up. Cover with chocolate sauce.
