  1. 2 envelopes KNOX unflavored gelatine

  2. 2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice

  3. 1/3 cup sugar

  4. 1 cup club soda

  5. 1/4 cup creme de cassis (black currant liqueur)

  6. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  7. 1 tsp. fresh grated orange peel

  8. 3 cups assorted blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

  1. I n medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1 cup cranberry-raspberry juice; let stand one minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add sugar until dissolved. In large bowl, blend remaining 1 cup cranberry- raspberry juice, soda, gelatine mixture, liqueur, lemon juice and orange peel. Chill for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Pour into 6 cup mold; chill for about 3 hours.
