  1. 1 cup warm water

  2. 1 cups whole wheat flour

  3. 1 cups all purpose white flour

  4. cup milled flax seed or flax seed flour

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoons vegetable oil

  7. 3 tablespoons honey

  8. 1 package active yeast

  9. 375 degrees F and position bread in middle of the oven. Bake

  10. 25 to 30 minutes or until bread is lightly browned. Bread is done when bottom of the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
