  5. 1 9-inch pie shell; prebaked

  6. 1 tb Mustard

  7. 1 c Smoked or cooked ham; diced

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1 c Grated Mozzarella or Jack

  10. 3/4 c Whipping cream

  11. -cheese 1 ds Black pepper

  12. 1 tb Chopped fresh basil or 1 tb Parmesan cheese

  13. 1 ts Dried basil leaves --GARNISH--

  14. Sliced tomatoes Basil leaves or parsley

  15. 5 minutes at

  16. 400 F.

  17. Mix ham, cheese and basil leaves.

  18. Spread mustard on bottom of prebaked pie shell. Sprinkle with ham-cheese

  19. mixture.

  20. Beat eggs, cream and black pepper. Pour mixture over ham and cheese in

  21. pastry shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  22. 350 F. on middle level of oven for 30 to 35 minutes

  23. until filling is set and lightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil leaves

  24. or parsley and sliced tomatoes. Serve immediately.
