  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  2. 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

  3. 2 anchovies , rinsed and finely minced, optional

  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1/2 lemon , juiced

  6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 2 cups diced, cooked chicken cubes

  8. 2 stalks celery , cut into 1/2-inch dice

  9. 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves

  10. 1 head Romaine lettuce

  11. 4 6-inch tortillas , optional

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add parmesan cheese, chicken cubes, celery and parsley. Remove outer leaves from romaine lettuce. Lay out romaine leaves on a platter. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken salad into the center of each of the leaves. Serve as is, or wrap with warmed flour tortillas.
