  1. 1 3/4c Macaroon crumbs; soft

  2. - about 7, 2" cookies

  3. 1/4c Butter flavor Crisco; melted

  4. 2 pt Lime sherbet; softened

  5. 1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened

  6. 1 1/2c Macaroon crumbs; soft

  7. -- CRUST --

  8. -- FILLING --

  1. + CRUST: Pregeat oven to 350~.

  2. Lightly grease 9" pie palte.

  3. Combine 1-3/4 crumbs and melted butter flavor Crisco.

  4. Press into greased pie plate.

  5. FILLING: Spread 1 pint lime sherbet in cooled crust.

  6. Freeze about 1 hour until firm.

  7. Combine ice cream and 1-1/2 cup macaroon crumbs.

  8. Spread vevnly over sherbet.

  9. Freeze about 1 hour until firm.

  10. Spread remaining sherbet over ice cream.

  11. Freeze several hours.

  12. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
