  2. 2 packets Cream cheese - (8 oz ea) - softened

  3. 1 cup 237ml Frozen blueberries

  4. 12 Eggs

  5. 2 cups 474ml Milk

  6. 1/3 cup 109g / 3.8oz Maple syrup

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Place half the bread into a greased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Cut cream cheese into 1/4-inch cubes and distribute over bread. Top with blueberries and remaining bread. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and syrup and mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and chill for eight hours or overnight. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 25 minutes or until golden brown.
