  1. 14 oz 397g Ground turkey

  2. 2 Eggs - lightly beaten

  3. 18 Saltine crackers - crumbled

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Uncooked oatmeal

  5. 1 cup 237ml Green peas

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Finely chopped onion

  7. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Corn

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped parsley

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 Garlic - minced

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly ground pepper

  13. 6 oz 170g Tomato sauce - (3/4 c)

  14. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Steamed cauliflower and Broccoli - (not in recipe.. To round out meal)

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients (except cauliflower and broccoli--they are a recommended side dish) 3. Turn into ring pan or 9X5 loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.

  3. Bake 50-60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes 5. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
