  1. 2 c Whole wheat flour

  2. 2 ts Baking powder

  3. 1/2ts Baking soda

  4. 1/2ts Ground nutmeg

  5. 2 Eggs

  6. 1/2c Vegetable oil

  7. 2 tb Sugar

  8. 1 1/2c Sliced bananas (2 large)

  1. + Directions : Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Stir to blend. Put the eggs, oil, sugar and bananas in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour the banana mixture into the flour. Mix well. Pour into an oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool thoroughly before serving.
