  1. 1/2 c Olive oil

  2. 2 lg Red peppers

  3. 1/3 c Lemon juice

  4. 2 lg Green peppers

  5. 2 tb Chopped Italian parsley

  6. 3/4 ts Salt

  7. 1 tb Dried oregano

  8. 1/8 ts Pepper

  9. 3 1/2 lb Broiler/fryer chicken

  10. 1 hour, turning once. Drain and bake chicken at

  11. 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut peppers into 1/2-inch thick rings. Saute

  12. 8 minutes. Spoon peppers around chicken. Makes

  13. 4 to 6 servings.
