  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  2. 1 Tomatoes - diced, peeled, undrained

  3. 16 oz 454g Green giant - (r) pasta accents, garlic seasoning frozen, vegetables and pasta

  4. 15 1/2 oz 440g Pinto or kidney beans - drained

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried Italian seasoning

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Cheddar cheese - shredded, optional

  1. Recipe Instructions Brown ground beef in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in tomatoes, frozen vegetables with pasta, beans and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.

  2. (1-1/4 cup) servings. TIP: One (14-1/2 or 16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up, can be substituted for diced tomatoes.
