  1. 1/4 cup margarine , softened

  2. 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute

  3. 2 large eggs

  4. 3/4 cup banana , mashed

  5. 1 cup fresh cranberries or 1 cup frozen cranberries

  6. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

  7. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Beat butter, Splenda and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.

  2. Add banana and cranberries and stir.

  3. Sift remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Add to banana mixture.

  5. Stir until just combined.

  6. Spread into a greased loaf pan.

  7. Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

  9. Remove to wire rack to cool. ?
