  1. 1 cup sour cream

  2. 1 teaspoon paprika

  3. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  4. 1teaspoob garlic powder

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  7. 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets

  8. 3/4 cup bread crumbs

  9. 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

  1. In a pie plate, combine sour cream, paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt and cayenne; mix well. In another pie plate, combine bread crumbs and pecans. Dip fish pieces in sour cream mixture, then coat evenly with the bread crumb and nut mixture.

  2. Place fish in a circular fashion in a round glass baking dish with the thickest part to the outside. Cover and microwave on High for about 2 to 3 minutes. Check to see if fish is cooking evenly; make adjustments as necessary. Microwave for an additional 1 minute or until the fish flakes easily. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
