  6. 3 cups 711ml Shredded green cabbage - (abt 1/2 lb)

  7. 1 Red bell pepper - thinly sliced

  8. 3 Green onions - thinly sliced

  9. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Fresh chopped mint

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar substitute in a small bowl. Place snow peas with enough water to cover in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on high one minute. Drain and slice in thirds lengthwise. Mix snow peas, cabbage, pepper, onion and mint in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Chill 15 minutes to blend flavors. This recipe yields 4 servings.
