  1. 1 pack German chocolate cake mix

  2. 1 pack Caramels (small pack)

  3. 1/2 cup Butter

  4. 1/3 cup Milk

  5. 6 oz Chocolate chips

  6. 1 cup Nuts, chopped

  7. 1 Mix cake mix as directed.

  8. 2 Pour half of the batter into a greased

  9. 9x13 pan.

  10. 3 Bake in preheated

  11. 350Â F oven for 15-20 minutes.

  12. 4 Melt caramels, butter and milk together.

  13. 5 Pour over baked mixture.

  14. 6 Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture.

  15. 7 Pour remaining cake batter over top of all and bake

  16. 20 minutes at

  17. 250Â F then

  18. 10 minutes at
