  1. 1 Cook's® Bone-in Thick Cut Ham Steak (about 2 pounds) -

  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil -

  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced -

  4. 1 shallot, chopped -

  5. 1 jar (20 ounces) peach marmalade -

  6. 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard -

  7. 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar -

  8. 3 tablespoons chipotle sauce -

  9. 1/8 teaspoon salt -

  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in marmalade, mustard, vinegar, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; set aside. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill ham steak 5 minutes; turn over. Brush with half of the marmalade mixture; continue grilling 10 minutes, or until ham reaches an internal temperature of 160°F when tested in center with meat thermometer, turning and brushing with the remaining marmalade mixture after 5 minutes.
