  1. 6 Boneless, skinless chicken

  2. -breast (about 1 3/4 lbs.)

  3. 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  4. 2 tb Dry bread crumbs

  5. 3 tb Olive or vegetable oil

  6. 1/3 c Dry white wine or chicken

  7. -broth

  8. 6 Lemon wedges

  1. Rinse chicken pieces with water; do not dry.

  2. Coat chicken with combined Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  3. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown chicken 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and tender.

  5. Remove chicken to platter; keep warm.

  6. Reduce heat to medium.

  7. Add wine to skillet; stir to loosen drippings.

  8. Remove from heat.

  9. Serve over chicken with lemon wedges.

  10. Prep: 8 Minutes Cooking Time: 12 minutes Makes 6 servings.
