  1. 2 bottle(s) (750 mililiters each) dry white wine (like chenin blanc or chardonnay)

  2. 1/2 cup(s) orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec)

  3. 1/2 cup(s) Greek brandy (like Metaxas)

  4. 1 cup(s) apricot nectar

  5. 1/2 cup(s) superfine sugar

  6. 2 lemons , thinly sliced, seeded

  7. 2 limes , thinly sliced, seeded

  8. 2 oranges , thinly sliced, seeded

  9. 2 cup(s) club soda

  10. Fresh mint sprigs

  1. Combine wine, liqueur, brandy, apricot nectar, and sugar in a large 4-quart glass jar and mix well to dissolve sugar. Stir in sliced fruit.

  2. Refrigerate for several hours until well chilled, or preferably overnight, for flavors to blend.

  3. When ready to serve, stir in club soda and mint sprigs.
