  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange juice

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Club soda

  3. 1 cup 237ml Banana - peeled (medium)

  4. 3 cups 711ml Fresh fruit pieces - (such as, cantaloupe, grapes Pineapple - apple, pear, nectarine, plum, Melon - blueberries, - strawberries)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground nutmeg

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground cardamom

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sweetened coconut - (flaked OR shredded) - toasted

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the orange juice, club soda, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour over the fresh fruit mixture. Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cardamom.
