  2. 1 package lemon jell-o

  3. 1 cup boiling water

  4. shrimp liquor & cold water to make 1-cup

  5. 1 tablespoon vinegar

  6. 1 cup shrimps drained -- halved lengthwise

  7. 2 oranges free from membrane -- diced & drained

  8. crisp lettuce

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add shrimp liquor and Water and vinegar. Chill. When slightly thickened, add shrimps and oranges. Turn into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Garnish with Hellmann's Blue Ribbon MaYonnais
