  1. 4 slices white whole wheat bread

  2. 2 tsp. butter

  3. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard

  4. 6 slices lean beef bologna

  5. 2 slices swiss cheese

  1. Preheat George Foreman grill.

  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

  3. Flip bread over, and spread mustard on the other side of two of the bread slices.

  4. Top with the bologna and cheese. Cover with the remaining two bread slices, butter sides facing out.

  5. Grill until crispy, about 2 minutes.
