    9. 2 oz Semisweet chocolate square

    12. Combine cornstarch, sugar, and water in a small saucepan,

    13. stirring well; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,

    14. until thickened. Remove from heat; add butter and chocolate, stirring until melted. Let cool. Yield: 1 cup. --
