  1. Cook linguini in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain and place linguini in a bowl. Toss with seasoning mix. Stir-fry onion, ham, mushrooms and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce in 2 tbsp oil until cooked. Serve over linguini.
