  8. 1/2 C Chopped Onion -- or more to taste

  9. 1/2 C Chopped Green Pepper

  10. 1/2 C Chopped Celery

  11. 4 Tbsp Butter

  12. 1 Pan Cornbread (Day-Old If Possible) -- crumbled

  13. 1/2 Pkg Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Cubes

  14. Giblets -- optional

  15. 1 Can Chicken Or Turkey Broth Or Stock

  16. Salt And Pepper -- to taste

  17. 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning -- or to taste

  18. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender. Mix

  19. cornbread and stuffing. Add all this to cornbread and stuffing

  20. mixture. Mix well. Add giblets and eggs to mixture. Add stock or soup

  21. until moist. Season with salt and pepper (must use salt and pepper

  22. liberally; keep tasting). Add more poultry seasoning if necessary.

  23. 350 for 30 minutes in a casserole, or use to stuff a turkey.
