  5. 1 tsp. rosemary salt & pepper

  6. 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  1. Squeeze juice of one orange over chicken. Place peek in cavity of chicken and truss. Season with poultry seasoning, garlic power, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken in roasting pan. Add ½ cup water and worcestershire sauce. Slice potatoes and carrots and add to roasting pan. Squeeze juice of remaining orange over chicken and vegetables. Roast at 375 degrees 30 minutes, then baste with pan juices. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until chicken an vegetables are done, about 30 to 40 minutes longer.
