  6. 9 prebaked pastry shell

  7. 1/2 pk Taco seasoning mix

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1/2 c Water

  10. 1 c Light cream

  11. 1/2 c Monterey jack cheese; shred Salt to taste

  12. 2 oz Green chilies; seeded, diced Preheat oven to

  13. seasoning mix and water, cover, and simmer (followlabel directions). Cool

  14. 10 minutes. Add cheese and chilies and mix well. Spoon into prebaked pastry

  15. shell. Combine eggs, cream, and salt; mix unti smooth. Pour over meat

  16. 40 to 45 minutes, or until custard is

  17. set and pastry is browned. Allow pie to stand 5 minutes before serving. --
