  1. 1 Mango - peeled, pitted,

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Apple cider vinegar

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground cumin

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Freshly-chopped basil

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Freshly-chopped cilantro

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. In a blender or food processor, place the mango, apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, and cumin, and puree until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  2. This recipe yields 1 cup.
