  1. 2 lbs shrimp , raw

  2. 1 garlic clove , mashed

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 3 tablespoons olive oil , extra virgin

  5. 3 tablespoons butter , melted

  6. 2 tablespoons dry sherry

  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  8. 2 tablespoons parsley , minced

  1. Peel and de-vein shrimp. (heads can be removed or left on according to your preferred presentation method).

  2. mash garlic clove and add all ingredients to make a marinade.

  3. marinade shrimp for at least 4 hours.

  4. depending on the size of shrimp used you can either skewer or lay them on grill individually. (I use jumbo for this so I don't have to fool with the skewers).

  5. grill over med heat for about 10 minutes turning 1/2 way through,. ?
