1 medium head of cabbage -- quartered

2 carrots -- peeled

1 green pepper -- seeded

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

3 tablespoons white vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup milk

Assemble and attach rotor slicer/shredder using thin slicer cone (No 4).

Turn to speed 4 and slice cabbage into a large bowl. Exchange thin slicer

cone for coarse shredder cone (no 2). Turn to speed 4 and shred carrots and green pepper into large bowl.

Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk. Thoroughly combine

ingredients by hand. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours before

8 to 10 servings.
