  1. 4 Salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces -each) thawed if necessary.

  2. 2 tb Lemon juice

  3. 2 tb Olive oil

  4. 1 ts Dried and crushed basil Lemon wedges

  1. + Directions : Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4
