  11. 1 Cinnamon

  12. 1 Nutmeg

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Kosher salt

  14. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  15. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh lemon juice

  16. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Place the peppers, onion and scallions in a medium-size mixing bowl. To make the dressing, place all the dressing ingredients, except for the olive oil in a blender or a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend.
