  1. Butter - softened

  2. 2 Eggs - beaten

  3. Salt - to taste

  4. 2 oz 56g Deli-style ham

  5. 2 Sourdough bread

  6. 1 Processed American cheese - (to 2)

  7. 1 Processed Swiss cheese - (to 2)

  9. Hash-brown potatoes or French fries

  1. Put two medium skillets over medium heat. In one add butter and scramble the eggs. Salt to taste. In the other brown the ham without separating the slices. When ham is brown a bit on both sides remove.

  2. Butter one side of bread and put in pan butter-side down to grill. Immediately put Swiss cheese on unbuttered side of grilling bread. Place heated ham on cheese. Scoop eggs out of skillet with spatula and put on ham. Place the American cheese on top of eggs. Top off with remaining sourdough bread unbuttered-side to cheese.

  3. Bread touching grill should be golden brown. Flip over and grill other side for 2 mintues or until brown. Cut diagonally in middle and serve.
