  1. 1 -14 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts

  2. 2 cups Parmesan cheese

  3. 2 cups mayonnaise

  4. 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chiles

  5. 1 cup cubed cooked chicken

  1. T horoughly drain artichokes. Cut into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan; mix well. Cook over low heat until heated through. Do not let boil or the mixture will have a curdled look. Serve with crackers or French bread slices.
