  1. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Beef base

  3. 1/3 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Celery chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry parsley

  5. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Green pepper chopped

  6. 10 Garlic minced

  7. 3/4 cup 177ml Dry macaroni

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  9. 28 oz 795g Crushed tomatos

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Red pepper

  11. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Hamburger

  12. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dry american cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Place hamburger in large skillet. Separate into small pieces and Saute till meat is brown. Remove meat from skillet and drain off most liquid. Place pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain. Add 1-tbl olive oil to skillet and Saute onion, celery, peppers, and garlic till soft. Add cooked pasta, hamburg, tomatos, bouillon, parsley, sugar and pepper. Toss ingredients. Simmer slowly for 20-minutes while stirring frequently. Serve when flavors have blended. A small bowl of dry American cheese should accompany the meal with crusty bread, and green salad.
