  1. 1/2 pound 90% lean ground beef

  2. 1 can healthy request tomato soup -- (10oz)

  3. 1/4 cup land o lakes fat-free sour cream

  4. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms -- drained

  5. 1/2 cup chunky salsa

  6. 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

  7. 2 cups hot cooked noodles -- rinsed & drained

  1. Preparation : In a large skillet, sprayed with olive oili-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in tomato soup and sour cream. Add mushrooms, salsa, and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Lower heat. Simmer 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. For each serving, place 1/2 cup noodles on plate and spoon about 3/4 cup meat mixture over top.
