  1. 2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved -

  2. 2 cloves garlic , minced -

  3. 3 strips bacon, cut into small pieces -

  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil salt & pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss brussel sprouts onto pan. Add garlic, bacon and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 14-16 minutes until bacon is crisp and brussel sprouts are carmelized.
