  1. Cook the rice till just done. cool. Heat oil in a wok. Keep the flame high. Add onions. Stir for 1 minute. Add ginger and garlic. Stir. Add cabbage, carrots, capsicum one by one stirring a little every time. Add the soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Add the cooked rice and salt to taste and mix well.
