    1. Graham Wafer Cake

    2. 1/2 cup butter

    3. 1 cup sugar

    4. 1 egg

    5. 1 cup milk

    6. 1 cup coconut

    7. 3 tbsp. flour

    8. 1 tsp. baking powder

    9. pinch of salt

    10. 2 cups graham wafer crumbs

    11. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    12. 8 x 8 cake pan at

    13. 35-45 min.

    14. tin cake pan and it works OK) Let cool and top with icing.

    15. I use just plain butter icing (icing sugar, butter and a little

    16. milk) but it's great just as a plain cake too.
