    1. 20 lb Cake crumbs

    2. 5 lb Sugar

    3. 8 oz Milk powder

    4. 2 lb Shortening

    5. 1 1/2oz Baking soda

    6. 5 lb Honey

    7. 1 lb Sugar

    8. 3 oz Cinnamon

    9. 1 oz Cloves

    10. 1 oz Nutmeg

    11. 2 lb Water

    12. 1 oz Baking powder

    13. 2 1/2lb Cake flour

    14. 6 lb Raisins

    15. 1 lb Nuts

    16. 1 lb Chocolate

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. + Directions : Blend first ten ingredients. Add water, scrape and mix smooth. Add baking and flour and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; if mix is too heavy, add water. Pour into 7 16"x24" sheet pans. Bake at 360 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Cut into 2"x3" squares.
