  1. Cauliflower (florets) 2 cups

  2. Green peas 1 cup

  3. Onion 1

  4. Chopped

  5. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  6. Coriander Powder 2 tsp.

  7. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp,

  9. Salt to taste

  10. Ghee 2 tbsp.

  11. Green coriander 2 tbsp

  12. Lemon juice 1 tbsp...

  1. Heat ghee add cumin seeds, after it splutters, add onion and sauté for a minute.

  2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, add the cauliflower florets and the peas, stir well add salt and 1 cup of water.

  3. Cover and cook over low heat until the vegetables are cooked and the water has evaporated, remove from heat add lemon juice and garnish with green coriander.
