  1. 12 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes Nonstick cooking spray

  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  3. 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese,

  4. 2 oz 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, (2)

  5. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce for chicken

  6. 2 cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed,

  7. 6 oz. each Snipped fresh chives or green onions Assorted crackers and/or toasted pita bread wedges and/or bagel chips

  1. Coat inside of 1 1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray; set aside. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in crabmeat. Transfer mixture to prepared slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until heated through. Serve at once or keep warm, covered, on warm setting or low heat setting for up to 1 hour. To serve, stir well and spoon crab mixture into serving bowl. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with assorted crackers, pita bread wedges and/or bagel chips. Makes about 20 appetizer serving.
