Tex-Mex Dip

    1. 3 Medium avocado s

    2. 2 T Lemon juice

    3. 1/2 t Salt

    4. 1/4 t Pepper

    5. 1 C Sour cream

    6. 1/2 C mayonnaise

    7. 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix

    8. 1 1/4 oz 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans bean dip

    9. 1 Large bunch green onion s, chopped

    10. 3 Medium tomato es, seeded and chopped

    11. 2 (3 1/2/ oz) cans, pitted ripe olive s, drained and chopped

    12. 1(8 oz) Pkg shredded Cheddar cheese Large round tortilla chips

    1. Mix together avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix. On large platter spread bean dip; top with seasoned avocado mixture; layer with sour cream/mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve with large round tortilla chips.
