    3. 2 lb Watermelon, fresh, FDA

    4. 0 1/2 each fresh pineapple

    5. 1 each Papaya, fresh

    6. Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce 6

    7. 6 oz Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat

    8. 2 tbsp fresh cilantro

    9. 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

    10. 0 1/2 each whole jalapeno pepper

    1. Jicama and Fruit Salad In a large bowl combine lime juice and jicama, then toss, and drain.

    2. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on a large platter, and serve with the Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce. Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
