  1. Center-cut pork chops (enough for 1-2 chops per person) Onion s, sliced thin potato es, sliced thin 2 C bouillon seasoned flour plenty of Parmesan cheese

  1. Dredge pork chops in flour and brown in hot Crisco in electric skillet or dutch oven. Sprinkle plenty of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper over this. Add layer of sliced potatoes and onions and more Parmesan cheese. Repeat as needed. Pour 2 C hot bouillon over all. Cover. Cook in skillet until pork chops and potatoes are tender.
