  1. 1 (7- to 9-pound) bone-in, shank-end, fully cooked, spiral-sliced ham , at room temperature 1/2 cup(s) sweet orange marmalade 3 tablespoon(s) (packed) light brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves 2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Discard plastic disk covering the ham bone. Wrap ham in a sheet of 18-inch-wide heavy-duty foil. Place ham in a large roasting pan, cut-side down. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Remove ham from oven and unwrap foil to expose surface of ham. In a small cup, mix marmalade, brown sugar, cloves, and vinegar; brush mixture over ham. Put ham back in oven; bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until internal temperature between slices registers 130 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. Let ham rest 15 minutes before serving. Serve with Parmesan Acorn Squash , Swiss Chard with Honey-Roasted Peanuts , and Cheddar-Chive Biscuits . Nutritional information is based on a 4-ounce serving.
