  1. 2/3 cup 157ml Apricot jam

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Freshly grated or prepared

  3. White horseradish

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lime juice

  5. Salt

  6. Pepper

  1. Combine the jam and horseradish in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Whisk in the lime juice and salt and pepper.

  2. If not serving immediately, transfer the sauce to a glass jar with a nonmetallic lid and refrigerate. It will keep for several weeks.
